They way I see this --- this new software company in the Philippines, Exist, is just starting doing what long ought to done by other local software companies.

They are just simply applying cultures of like Google into the student community, which is good.

After all, this may be a newly established company, but its leaders are aware global new generation of Filipino tech entrepreneurs with good records of scars and finished lines already marked into their portfolios.
